2021 APPLICATION PROCEDURE

In accordance with the Western Cape Education Department, applications for admission of Grade R and Grade 1 learners for the 2022 academic year will open on 26 February 2021 and will close on 26 March 2021. In exceptional cases, and entirely at her discretion, the Principal may accept an application after the closing date.

All applications are required to be made in writing by the parents, on the prescribed application form, together with documentary proof, as requested, to be attached thereto. All documents as stated on the checklist on the application form must accompany the application or the applicant will be disqualified. Applications must be submitted before the closing date as determined by the WCED with no preference given to the date or order in which the applications are received.

School Admissions Open for 2022 Enrolment on 26 February 2021

School Admissions Close for 2022 Enrolment on 26 March 2021

WCED system displays the outcome of all applications on 24 May 2021

WCED informs parents of the outcome via email and SMS between 24 and 28 May 2021

Parents must confirm acceptance online between 24 May and 25 June 2021

Schools must fill any available spaces between 26 June and September 2021
